Learn the Dutch language by watching art together.
Watch art and learn Dutch
The Taalcafé is intended to give people who are just living in the Netherlands the opportunity to practice the Dutch language. By looking at art, residents of a Utrecht asylum center become acquainted with the city, the city's art and the Dutch language.
On the basis of a tour, participants talk about what they see and thus practice the Dutch language. Encounter is key: Learning Dutch together by looking at art.
To do this, the Centraal Museum is collaborating with Welkom in Utrecht and the AZC Einsteindreef.
