Fiscale voordelen & ANBI-status
Uw schenking kan belastingvoordeel opleveren. Sinds 2012 is het bedrag dat u in aftrek brengt hoger dan uw daadwerkelijke gift. Lees hier meer over de Geefwet.
Het Centraal Museum heeft een culturele ANBI-status. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het museum is vrijgesteld van schenk- en erfbelasting. Daarnaast is een schenking verhoogd aftrekbaar. Voor particulieren is een gift voor 1,25 keer het bedrag aftrekbaar van de inkomstenbelasting. Bedrijven mogen een gift voor 1,5 keer het bedrag aftrekken van hun aangifte vennootschapsbelasting.
Fiscale voordelen particulieren
Zowel voor periodieke als niet-periodieke giften geldt een belastingvoordeel. Fiscale voordelen zijn afhankelijk van jouw persoonlijke situatie. Een financieel adviseur kan hierover advies geven. Via de rekenmodule van het Centraal Museum kun je een eerste berekening maken.
Fiscale voordelen bedrijf
Ook voor schenkingen van bedrijven kunnen belastingvoordelen gelden. Dit is afhankelijk van de wijze waarop het museum wordt gesteund. Wij komen hier graag over in contact.
