Eibert Draisma is not only a designer, but is also an inventor. He is known for his unique household appliances, such as the world’s first talking coffee maker. Because it is assembled from discarded elements, it has a low-tech look. The machine is programmed to play one of several pre-recorded announcements at the right moment.
