This gown with billowing bell skirt is made of supple turquoise-coloured leather. Fong Leng stands out for her application technique, which she applies here using large, red suede poppies with a heart of black beads. The design is trimmed with gold leather.
Starting in the 1970s, Centraal Museum was the first museum in the Netherlands to acquire designs by Fong Leng.
