Gerard van Honthorst on Display at TEFAF Maastricht
Centraal Museum presents a rare work by Gerard van Honthorst at TEFAF Maastricht 2026 ahead of its exhibition.

From 25 April to 13 September 2026, the Centraal Museum in Utrecht will present the exhibition Gerard van Honthorst – Different to Rembrandt. In a special preview, the museum's recent acquisition, The Ecstasy of Mary Magdalene, will be presented at TEFAF Maastricht ahead of the exhibition. It is a rare, beautiful early work painted by Honthorst in Rome.
