Vanuit de constatering dat praktische zaken, zoals stopcontacten, vaak worden weggemoffeld in interieurs, ontwierp Hessels vier stopcontacten die gezien mogen worden. Twee daarvan, dit lichtgevende stopcontact en een tegel met stopcontact, zijn opgenomen in de collectie van Droog design.
