We offer a video tour of our collection in Dutch Sign Language (NGT) for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors.
The Centraal Museum offers a video tour in Dutch Sign Language (NGT) for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors. Developed in collaboration with IN Gebaren, this video tour of Collectie Centraal aims to make art and culture accessible to a wider audience. You can follow the video tour free of charge on your own phone. To open the tour, scan the QR code on the screen in the first gallery or go to mediaguide.centraalmuseum.nl. Click 'Change language' at the lower left corner of the page and select 'Dutch Sign Language' as your preferred language.
About IN Gebaren
IN Gebaren is a training and knowledge centre for inclusion in Dutch Sign Language. IN Gebaren is committed to ensuring that deaf and hard-of-hearing people have an equal place in society and access to Dutch Sign Language. Through its ‘Museums in Sign Language’ programme, it develops video tours in Dutch Sign Language for museums and provides museums with training and advice on accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing people.
